I went in with a pretty complicated issue and some pretty vague descriptors (I'm not well-versed in the plumbing arts), and the staff was extremely patient, attentive and helpful. We found the part(s) I needed quickly and the staff member who helped me also walked me through what to expect from the install process.

They had the product in stock at a great price and delivered within 2 days. Salesman was able to discuss installation process and materials needed. This is not your big box store with inexperienced, untrained shelf stockers. I would recommend Gopher Plumbing Supply for everyone I know.. plumber or not.
