Message: Ace hardware is always a joy to pick up items because there is always an employee around to help find an item. Compared to worthless Home Depot it is always worth the little extra money paid for an item when you can get in and out so quickly.

Message: This is a friendly neighborhood hardware store right in the heart of Hopkins downtown. I come here occasionally to grab small replacement parts for plumbing and electrical work. The key service is also much cheaper than Menards. Also mentioning that the staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Message: A real treasure- it’s stores like this that remind you of what customer service truly is. I stopped in this afternoon and had someone helping me within seconds. Not only did they have the uncommon hardware piece I was looking for, they knew exactly what I wanted from my lousy, non-technical description. They even took it off the shelf for me. Good luck finding similar service like that at a box box retailer (take your pick). I was in and out in minutes and they completely made my day!
