Message: Expensive but worth every penny Great Staff. 900 % better then Menards, Staff very Knowledgeable At Kendall Ace Hard Ware. Pop corn the best I spend About 30 dollars but there pop corn to make at home. Thanks guys I'll be back.. Arturo Torres..

Message: This is a great neighborhood hardware store. They have a little bit of everything and most things you'd need for any household projects. They also sell dog and cat food and many household items like soaps, cleaners, etc. They do key copying and batteries for car keys. They even have a knife sharpening machine

Message: Place was packed, I was picking up an online order. Took me 30 minutes. Customer service needs improvement, all the way up to the corporate level. After calling a number attached to the email and getting mined for consumer information, instead being connected to customer service representative. I was not happy at all. Predatory practices, I reported to corporate, they said they would investigate this experience. I doubt they will. I am bummed, I've. Ace but it's gone downhill. always loved.

Message: The service here is unreal and it truly sets them above any hardware store experience you may ever have. The staff will approach you kindly and offer to help you find what you're looking for. I took my kids here and we were in and out with popcorn fast!

Message: This is a really cool store with a family vibe.. I went in to get my iPhone fixed and everyone was really engaging and happy. I was asked if I needed help by each employee.. It seems like they have a huge range of things from plumbing supplies, to door knobs and locks, to pet supplies and cleaning supplies. The store isn’t huge but it is full and well stocked. This is a great neighborhood store.
